Anybody else not get paid 85% for days they did not know they had to come in last week?

Further complicating the start of a new year.
How is it they fail to notify us and then they don't want to pay you for not showing up. This is where 1181 needs to step in and put their foot down. Pioneer much like the BOE is failing to properly notify and inform their workers of both what is expected of us and when we need to be at work.
The whole entire system needs to get their shit together.
I'm still waiting to be notified that I may have come in contact with someone who has COVID-19. GOOD JOB BOTH SIDES...

I never got notified to come for Tuesday last week 29th. Only got paid for the 4 days. Do they owe us? no email or phone calls from Pioneer.

I didn't get paid for Tuesday or Wednesday. Might go to arbitration.
We were only notified for Monday ... and even that, not officially. Had no idea we had to go in Tuesday and there was no announcement Monday and certainly nothing in the window.
Same for me the only reason i went in that monday is because i think someone mentioned it on this web site. then i think they had a sign up to work wed,thur,fri

There was no sign up Monday. There was a notice and announcement on Tuesday, but you would have to have somehow known to come in Tuesday to see or hear them.
I'm into my 27th year. I can count on one hand the number of days I've not come in for any reason. If I had known I had to come in Tuesday and Wednesday, I would have been there.
