Very interesting and realistic article and yes the similarities between NJ and NY school busing are very much alike. They seem to say a lot of the same things we were told I wonder if they are getting better communication and support than we are. Because unfortunately we are getting little to none on either account. I believe we are now up to 5 positive cases at the Arthur Kill yard and I for one have not been given any official communication from Pioneer. Someone needs to be responsible for notifying drivers and attendants and also for the contact tracing. OPT CAN NOT BE IN CHARGE OF THE CONTACT TRACING AT OUR YARD. HOW THE HELL ARE THEY GOING TO KNOW WHO COMES IN CONTACT WITH WHO AT OUR YARD FROM BEHIND THEIR PLEXIGLASS PROTECTED DESK IN QUEENS. I am sorry but the entire alleged safety measures that are in place are gravely insufficient.
