Title: Lunar New Year
Post by: TheKid24 on February 03, 2021, 07:43:19 PM
Anyone know if we get paid for Lunar New Year next Friday 2/12 if you don't go out? And if so do new hires that are here for a year get paid for not going out ?

New hires don't get paid if you don't work as far as I know. You get 3 holidays with less than 2 years in ... Christmas, Thanksgiving and MLK day.

Yeah I just looked at the horrible paper contact we new hires have and it says
Year 1- Xmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, MLK
Year 2- New Years Day
Year 3- President Day
Year 4- Memorial Day

Adjustment weeks Xmas 2022, Easter 2023

No mention of Lunar New Year....
Horrible lol

Incorrect. Presidents' Day after 2 years as per the MOA which I know I sent you a copy of (the page regarding holidays) a few months ago.

You have to have 2 years in to get paid. Two Presidents Days does not necessarily mean you were here 2 years.

Yes ... I emailed it.
