Yeah, way to far away from the curb even though he said to pull over as far as you can to the right.
Also, never heard of having to put it in neutral when making a stop.

If the bus doesn't have a "park" position then you have to put it in "neutral" then pull the "parking brake. You're not going to leave it in "drive" and pull the "parking brake" while at any stop (with or without children). Example: When you park your bus in the yard. That goes without say.
