The week just started!
Of course I answered "Did not work any hours" but it's odd they would ask of a week that's not yet completed.

At least you can log in. I cant log in for 3 days now. it says "There was a problem with the system. Please try again later. cant get anyone on the phone either. they tell you to call back and hang up on you. it's crazy

Hmmm ... that's very odd. What browser are you using? Did you try using a different one?
Failing that, start calling them at 7:58 and keep redialing. At 8:00 you'll be added to the queue.

I was using microsoft edge, google chrome and my phone getting the same error message. got a technician on the phone finally after 4hours of spamming the same # and still couldn't fix the problem. resetting cookies/clearing cache ex. The only thing i did this week was update my address on IDme. Finally this afternoon i was able to log in after 3 days. So everyone knows don't play with any info on IDme unless you have to.
