So you forget to fill in one little thing on the new coverage pay form. It's stamped "Incomplete" and returned to you. But you can't just fill in the missing info and turn it back in. Noooooooo. You have to fill out the entire form again and re-submit it.
Why? Is it punishment homework? You're doing something to help the company by covering in the first place. Why the pettiness? Why the childishness? Just WHY???
