As usual they do want to blame us drivers but here my opinion.... 1) this is a DOE problem not a driver problem. 2) drivers do not need more training. We are all pretty self aware on how to log in. If the phone says it's not letting us log in OR the parents can't locate the bus on the app please explain to me how that is a drivers problem and not a logistics problem with the makers and controllers of the app.
I'm sorry but to blame the driver for logistics of an app not working is just silly to me.

PS IF they could Make these one Function phones finally get it right . That still isn't gonna fill the worker shortage . The dirty little secret is a real contract would .....
