Ever since I first heard this song about 15 years ago I've had to look it up on YouTube every year about this time and binge listen to it. It's just a great song.
Please don't compare it to Mariah Carey's song of the same name. It is not the same song, just the same title. Vince Vance is suing her ... he claimed that title first in 1989 vs. Carey, 1994.
The girl in the video is lip-syncing. It's actually sung by Lisa Layne.
