"Attestation forms are now available in the driver's room. Please note that there are separate forms for drivers and attendants, as the training requirements differed. Please be sure to complete the form that applies to your position.
To receive credit for training:
You must have completed all three training days on the scheduled dates.
You must fully complete the attestation form and return it to the office no later than tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday June 24th."
