Just heard that NY1 said they voted in our favor. The strike is LEGAL!

Not only is the strike not illegal, but more significantly, the ruling acknowledges the DOE as a primary employer and that it is obligated to negotiate with the union. Of course Bloomy knew both these things before ... this was all just a smokescreen to advance his agenda.

Now what I'm wondering is this: Had they found the strike illegal, the NLRB could have sought an injunction in federal court to force us back to work. Can they now seek an injunction to force the Little Man to the bargaining table?

Buzz....exactly and if Lady Justice is truly blind then certainly this should happen as you said. The streets may be rough we are in....at least we are on the right side of the street.
