Has anyone received a termination letter ending our medical coverage? I called Empire's number on the back of my ID card and the lady I spoke with stated I was still covered and would receive a letter from them when it was terminated...yet when I call Empire and put in my social security number the automated number states I am not listed as a member?? As far as Medco/ Express Scripts goes after I put in my ID number..its stated I am not covered and disconnects the call...
I also called BCBS. He told me I was still in the system but that doesn't mean we still have coverage. There could be a delay in the system. Medco is not active, so I'm assuming dental and eyes are out also.
Does anyone know if and when an appeal will be for our medical coverage???
