Can anyone report on the hearings? Are they ongoing? Please respond if there is ANY info?
john...nlrb hearings are complete..now the companies have to septemeber to put in written complaint,then the judge will rule when he feels likes it....then the bosses have 2 more times to appeal the outcome...lol...its a FUC(ing joke and we have noone representing us that gives a Auck
That is really NOT what I wanted to hear. I have been praying that it would have been a little more cut n dry! But when you are fighting against BIG $$$$$$( contractors) I guess that's how it rolls!
