hylan blvd at itersections of:

steuben ave
guyon ave
new dorp lane
huguenot ave
richmond ave

attached to the traffic light in both directions. ten miles over the limit and it is a $50 fine.

Its just another Tax, I thought these would be directly  on streets schools were on. This city doesn't give a lick about safety...its revenue, revenue, revenue!
