I think the pick should be delayed until the next contract is in effect, due to all the possible changes...

It seems like everyone knows the New contract is a shoe in I really don't think so the members have to vote on it first. A no vote does not mean a strike vote, it means all parties get back to the table and work harder to come up with a fair contract for all. Lets start with giving back a health plan for all our new brothers and sisters in our union they cannot go 3 years for their family members to be covered for medical. This is America give them some good news get them a health plan for all their family. Do not be scared into a yes vote, fuck them all.

Not true, really. If you vote "no" ... and I'm not saying you shouldn't ... then he imposes his contract. You either work under those terms or go on strike.
