Is that the one he owes us from last year, or is that going to be the one that is coming up this year, and do we have to agree to the up coming contract before we get the money. and wait to get all the money by the the year 2015. What a joke. And all this just before Election Time.

Actually, it turns out the reason the Brooklyn-Queens Day money is being held up is the same reason the original back-pay disbursement was so long in coming. Yep ... the NLRB. They again started their shit that they wanted to give out the money and the union AND NEIL have been arguing with them that it's ridiculous and we should be paid directly by our respective companies. Supposedly the NLRB has agreed to let them do that ... verbally ... but they have to wait for written confirmation. With any luck ... and no further bullshit from the NLRB ... we should have those checks within a couple of weeks.

Really The Union and Neil fighting to get us our money. Union maybe, but I do'nt think so. And neil who started this mess in the first place give me a break. Somebody is feeding you alot of shit just before election time just to keep peace among us. If this was all true then we will have to wait again for a very long time for our wage and accrual checks. Maybe all this wait time neil should give us the interest like he did the last time. How many times are all the jerkoffs going try the same old tricks. I think we should start counting, one, two, and three seems to be on the way.

Oh, come on! What's so unbelievable? You know the hassle the NLRB was the last time, and as long as Neil has to give it to us he wants to do it directly ... just as he wanted to do with the original back-pay. And what does it have to do with this year's accrual checks? So negative, jeeze ...

Let us keep in mind he started holding back on the money, and thats when the NLRB had to come in and get things right. Just know the NLRB is there for all the dirt bag bosses that under pay ( better know as slave labor ) or Employers who like to hold back peoples pay checks. They are there to enforce the law, the labor law.

According to the note in the window, back-pay for B-Q day will be paid at Pioneer on June 20. Other pay discrepancies will be paid at a yet-to-be-announced date and disbursed by the NLRB.
