Got a message from the office telling me to call back and that I couldn't work today. When I called back, they had no idea why PETS told them I could not work except that I was "Inactive." Fortunately, during my call, Maria found out that I was indeed "Active" and could continue working.
Seems I poked a hornet's nest when I followed the Via training instructions that said if you forget your password choose "Get code to my phone" and it would send it to the phone number associated with you in PETS.

I wanted to log into PETS and see the phone number I gave. Not remembering my user name or password I made the mistake of emailing the fucking idiots. The pictures below are self-explanatory as to what ensued. Unreal!!
