This is your Last payment. I will use your security for June's rent. We have No extra space, due to the Owner putting a trailer in the lot. Please park close to each other so the last driver has a spot.

PS: I am now Buying and Selling and Collecting Lionel Trains. If anyone has Lionel trains in the attic or their basement that they don't want, please contact me. I have several Brand New Locomotives, Diesels,  Unopened Factory Sealed Sets and Cars. Also trains in like new condition, for sale.

I will try to be there this week about 3:00. I will Not be there on Wednesday. All payments Must be in by Friday also. Please don't wait till Friday the last minute to pay. Try to see me during the week.

As usual you can see Grace or Tommy Pezz in the mornings or after 3:00 to get it in.

As you know the owner took 2 spots away from us. That was the extra space used for the snow and cars being dumped there etc.. We have NO extra space now and I may have too let one driver leave due to it. So far only once there was No spot for the last driver, and had to find a spot way down on AKR. Please park close together so he can fit.

Please put the Parking Permits in the window to help this situation. We don't have any extra space to lose.

I will be collecting Parking (rent) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3:00 - 4:30 (Hopefully). All payments must be in by Friday! I will lay-out the money and pay the owner our rent on Tuesday 2/28. So if you can see me by Tuesday, it will be appreciated.

Curves:

Carl will be in tomorrow Wednesday 1/25 between 10:00 - 4:00 for any early payments. He will be in next week also on Wednesday 2/1, Thursday 2/2 and Friday 2/3, Between 10:00 and 4:00. He hopes to have all payments in by Friday.

I will try to be at the lots this week on Thursday 1/26 and Friday 1/27 between 3:00 and 4:30. I will finish collecting on Monday 1/31 and make our payment to the owner then. Our deadline is on the 1st. of the month. As usual you can see Grace or Tommy Pezz in the mornings of afternoons this week if you can't make it to the lots to see me.

If you no longer going to park in Any of the lots because of the pick, Please let me know ASAP! Also if your coming to AKR and need a parking spot, let me know also ASAP. I have 2 drivers on the waiting list that need a spot now.

I will be collecting All week, I will try to be there THIS WEEK at 3:00 pm so have your payment with you. Your last day is Wednesday November 30, at 3:00 - 4:00 pm. Our due date is December 1, Thursday. You can see Grace in the mornings all week before than, if your unable to see me. You can also call me and we can make arrangments to meet. You can also give it to another member that will see us if you have a late run.

Johnson Street:

Thanks to Bobby our shop steward who gave me a heads up that the small (10 cars) lot opened up and someone else was trying to put private business owners cars there. I then contacted the owner and was able to get it for us. Thank You Bobby from All of US!

The lot is right before the lot we have now. No doubling up.

We can start parking there as of today.

I have ONE spot left, if anyone I missed calling you yesterday or any new driver wants to park there get intouch with me. As usual first come gets it.

Update on a location;

I'm still trying to find another location. Wednesday I contacted the renter of the smaller (10 spots lot before us) lot and offered to rent it again from him, since he's not really using it. His answer was that he's paying $1,000 for that land and wants to keep it for his employees or customers that may need it.

The owner does not want to give us any more land that he cleared behind us. He said he's going to put up a fence along the creek. If anyone knows of or have a idea for parking, let me know and I will follow up on it.

As usual you can pay Grace if it's easier.

Carl will be in tomorrow Wednesday 9/14 until 4:00 pm. If you did not pick up your parking permit, please get it tomorrow. All cars must have a permit in the window starting tomorrow! There are no extra spots, so secure your spot with your permit. He said "HE WILL TOW ANY CAR WITHOUT A PERMIT".


Johnson Street:

I will try to be there today at 3:00 pm and hand out the permits. As you seen the owner has the watchman there checking our cars and wants permits in the window. I know he has been harassing you and I will speak with him again today about it. Please put the permits in the window and if you use a different car and don't have the permit with you, just write your permit number, name and telephone on it.

Hello all, Hope you had a enjoyable and healthy summer.

Update on the Parking Lots:

If you had a spot in Any of the Parking Lots, your spot is guaranteed when you return. ONLY if your payment is in by Thursday September 1st. After the pick. Please return last year's permits and have any changes to your car or run number and bus number. We did not lose any spots.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT BY SEPTEMBER 1st.!!!


CURVERS:

Carl will be in on Monday 8/29 and also on this Thursday 9/1 at 10:00 am to collect. If your at the yard before then, leave your payment and information in an envelope in the mailbox. The owners are in process of getting a liquor license and will reopen the bar. We should have parking for the year if they get the license.


Johnson Street Lots:

I also need payment no later than September 1st., to guarantee your spot! Both lots were full in June! As usual there is movement between the yards, and spots may open. As of now I have 4 people waiting to get in. I will hold your spot till September 1st. after that I must fill the (spots) lots and pay the owner. As usual it's the 1st month's rent, last month's rent and a $10.00 sign up ($110.). Please return your last year's permit and your updated information. I will make myself available as much as possible. Please call me if you're going to Sharrots or do not need your spot anymore.

Grace will still be collecting and will be there on Tuesday for pick.

I have been to the Johnson Street lots today and we are ready to go!

I been out sick so if some of you can collect a few and give them to Grace or Tommy Pezz this week that would work. It makes September a lot easier already having your information for the new permits.


Summer Parking

Curves is offing parking spots to everybody that is doing summer runs. The price is $35.00 for July. He rented the right side of lot where the electric transformers are to 12 volt across the street. We only have the left side where the dumpster is to park. So there is about only 20 spots available. If you need a spot see Grace after the summer pick.

Hello All,

Well back to the grind. Hope everyone enjoyed the week off. Too bad we lost the 40 week guarantee, it would have been better getting paid! Hopefully we get it back in the next contract!

We are collecting for March starting Monday. Our payment is due on Tuesday 3/1 to the owner. I only collected 2 cars so far, so it's necessary that you make time to track us (Grace & Me) down ASAP. Grace will be in the driver's room early Monday and All week checking the runs. I will be in at 6:45 in the morning and about 3:20 in the afternoons. I will stay till 4:00 at the lots. Call me if these times do not fit you and we can make other arrangements to meet.

Curves:

Carl is in the same situation and will be in on Wednesday at 2:00 pm. to collect. You can leave it in the mailbox for him also.

If your at the Sharrott's yard and planning on coming back to A.k. and need a parking spot let me know and I'll reserve the parking spot for you.

ALL Parking Lots are Cleared of Snow! NO WORRIES FOR TOMORROW MORNING PARKING!!!


Curves:

Spoke with Carl and Curves was plowed last night. He will be in on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week after 3:00 pm for February rent.


Johnson Street Lots:

Both Lots were plowed This Morning! We should have NO problem parking! If for any reason you can't get into your spot in the double lot (1) park in the lot 2 down the block. Just text me and let me know.

Rent is due ASAP this week no later than Thursday. Grace will make herself available in the mornings by the drive's room. I should be available after 3:20 till 4:00 in the afternoons. Text me to let me know what time you will be in, so we can make arrangements to meet. I know it's a little harder now to pay without Grace not being on the shuttle, so we have to work together.

Spots are still Available in Both Lots!!!
