If there is a Master Pick, it would come from the Board of Education Seniority List.  Other Unions such as Local 100,91,1181 etc. would be part of the pick.  First time it happened was in 2004 and Sal tried to stop it, and he could not.   

Another year goes by and there's no raise in the pension  We use to get $25.00 every two years.  We haven't gotten a raise, since 2011.  Thats about $200.00 increase, we haven't received.  They use to say, its the economy, well the economy is good now!!

If u don't sign this contract, the medical would be gone in thirty days, remember that Buzz.  Thats why 90% of the membership approved the contract.  They were holding us hostage!!!!  City workers aren't going to take this job for 17 dollars an hr.  Also, its a small island, everyone knows about Owen and they are going everywhere, but Pioneer.  Is there a reason he only goes after top-pay drivers?  It's all about the money.

The EPP was vetoed over the weekend, for the second time.  Nothing on the 1181 ATU website.  You think the union would keep us informed.  What happened to Michael's political connections??

Another great job by 1181.  Machinists union got the Uber Drivers.  Organizers making big money, like Michael's brother, but they get part time drivers on Long Island who don't contribute to the pension and medical.  Look on 1181 website on the bottom about trying to organize the Uber Drivers.   

I heard that the workers agreed to stay with the current contract for 2 months.  That would bring them to the end of the year.  Then what???   What about all the money they owe??  What the hell is going on?  They owe the medical.  Will the city help them???    Anybody know anything???

Heard they sold the Medical Building on Woodhaven Blvd.  At one time the Union owned that building.  Where did the money go.  Reliant owes millions of dollars for the Medical.  Why doesn't the Union inform us on that??  How did they get away with doing that?

You make me laugh Buzz.  Maybe you don't think too highly of yourself, but i consider what I do a profession, that is very important.  We drive huge buses with kids on them.  Precious cargo and not every joe shmo can just do this. This is the problem.  You don't think you deserve better, but a lot of us think we do.  I didn't vote for this shit.  All these assholes who don't care, whose nose is so far up Michaels ass they can smell brill cream.             

I feel sorry for the new guys that are coming in.  You use to be able to support a family with this job.  Not anymore, it is over.  You will never hit top pay, no coverage for your family.  It took eight years to get that raise.  Michael set this job back 10 years.  (The Great Negotiator).  He buried himself with the next election.  Anyone that would vote for him, needs their head examined. 

4 real, you are absolutely right.  It just goes to show how weak we are, when the Executive Board and the President are so incompetent that they negotiate a shit contract like this.  At least they made a stand in Queens.  Id like to know what the count was.  That will be interesting, if we can even believe what they say.  This contract was shoved down out throats and we buckled.  It's over  It will never be the same.
