Prints Rejected

Anybody else get an email telling them that their fingerprints were not readable? One driver forwarded this email ... and his were rolled in ink (by an idiot who couldn't copy his name correctly).


"The New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE) has been notified by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) that the fingerprint images submitted as part of your criminal background check were not readable. Your fingerprints will need to be retaken in order to confirm your security clearance to work at the NYC DOE or at one of its vendors.

Please bring a copy of this e-mail (either printed or displayed on your phone) and come to our office at the following address:
