Hello All, 

Yes it's the 1st of the month and your Rent is Due. 

You must see Joe MSG or myself NO LATER than this 'Friday 10/3" only if you want to park there. We have the permits with us now, so you have all week to catch up with us! You can call me and I will try to be available.

The Owner agreed to wait till the 1st Friday of the month for US! All the other companies that rent their space there, pay on the 1st of the month.

There are a few of us that think they Do Not have to pay their rent until the 2nd Friday or even days after that, and they park there until I call and chase them down.  That is Not the agreement I have with you! It is Not the Agreement I have with the owner either!

For those that feel this is too strict or unfair because you can't find time to see us before the 1st Friday of the month. You are Welcome to Leave. I waste too many hours after work waiting around for you to collect your rent, SO YOU HAVE A PLACE TO PARK YOUR CAR!  It's really Not worth it to me. Sorry that is not our agreement. You have to at least have to meet me half way. Call me ahead of time and we can set up a meeting place and time, so you can make your payment and have a place to park in the mornings.

Joe MSG is in the barn at the round table almost every day (when you fuel up you can see him then) and at 3:35pm, and I will be available between 6:30 am till 6:45am and between 3:35 till a little after 4pm at the barn, I am also at IS24 and OLSS in the pm. In the afternoon in front of IS 24 (slot2) at 1:45pm and at OLSS 2:30 till 2:45 on Amboy & Huguenot Ave. It is YOUR responsibility to meet up with US! If you find it hard to see us, then give your payment to a friend that does see us at these times and locations.

Thank you for putting the permits in the window. The owner is there daily and checks the cars for permits. This is "His Private Property" and "His Livelihood"! He does call me and asks "who's car is that". The only cars there are OURS, plus two RNS's auto body employees and the two We Buy Cars. We are adding several "For Sale Cars" to the front entrance, these cars are own by Carlos in the shop. If your interested in them, see Carlos in the shop.

I know that the space is getting a little tighter, but everybody should still be able to park, as long as we have no skinflint sneaks. Please don't block anyone in, for any reason.
