Will New Time Recording Regs Apply to Us?

New regulation for truck and bus drivers' hours to be electronically recorded. Will it apply to us?

If it does eventually apply to us I would assume it would be the amount of driving hours (not total hours) that are on our Driver's Time Record. If not then we should receive OVERTIME (that's time and a half after) after 8 hours.
