New DOT Doctor for Yearly Physicals

I haven't been to this doctor yet but I can recommend him based on the fact that he was recruited personally by Ernie.

It will be $70 for a company physical but he will fill out the union reimbursement form for no additional charge.

For any of the other services that he or anyone else in this medical building offers be sure to tell them that you work for Pioneer and there will be no co-pay.

If anyone runs into any problem they should contact Ernie immediately.
