Pending approval from the asshole up in Albany ... I've read that the threshold set by the state is 5%, not 3, so we'll have to see what Coumquat does.

Hopefully it's not the beginning of a much larger shutdown. But on the surface it does not look good. Cuomo had stated he would not piece meal shutdowns. So let's see how this plays out.

Be affected by this if we aren't even close to the level Brooklyn and Queens is at.

Cuomo had said he would not open any borough individually even when Staten Islands numbers were so low compared to all the other boroughs. Let's hope he doesn't apply that same theory to the school system.
