Ok question the only companies that do pre-k are companies like Island Charter ( IC) right, we  (pioneer) dont have any right? and most other 1181 companies dont either Right?  Now if we threaten to strike or go on strike will those non 1181 drivers and companies be a part of 1181?

That's not the point. They're using the pre-K work as a precursor to our contract which is up in June. If they put pre-K work out without employee protection, whose work do you think goes out next that way? It's the first step to trying to bust our union.

7 million and tab still running to protect the ZOOCotti Park Communists and no money to help ensure the safety of NYCity school kids .......NY City at its best! Busting the Union is only a sideshow its reducing costs that count.It takes alot of money to spend on useless nonsense. No politician looks like they have Rickets. Yet make sure they have  to repay the protesters for there broken laptops and busted up tents,what a joke if it wasnt soo serious.
