Yes .... they have to be USDOT registered .... not all buses are. (Indicated on the side of the bus by the way.)

I believe it's the buses registered to Atrium Bus rather than Pioneer .... or is it the other way around? I don't remember. I'm old.  ;D  ;D  ;D

(Unfortunately, all busses are allowed in Manhattan.   :))  :))  :)) )
