Not really sure why the retro money is a separate case, but so be it. According to Michael's letter, that case is before an NLRB judge. Even if he decides in our favor, my understanding is that the NLRB has no teeth to force the contractors to do anything.

Then what?   :shrug:
I am patient with stupidity, but not with those who are proud of it.

Then, do they have the power to enforce their last ruling of going back to our previous contract?

That was a U.S. District Court judge, not NLRB.
I am patient with stupidity, but not with those who are proud of it.
