Nobody should claim unemployment.

Andy stands corrected on this point. If you were hired after April, 2013 you get paid ONLY FOR THE DAYS YOU ACTUALLY WORK. Therefore, you can claim unemployment for the week ending Sunday, the 11th. If you have not done so you will probably have to call unemployment and they can put a claim in for a previous week. Andy apologizes for the misinformation.
