Open New UI Claim Monday, NOT Sunday

If you have to open a new claim for Presidents Week do it on Monday, not this Sunday, (as I heard someone being told). Unemployment week is from Monday to Sunday so this Sunday you would be claiming for this week which you just worked, capeesh? Can't do that.

You can open a new claim Monday or any day during the coming week. You will be told to certify a week from this Wednesday but you can do it  Sunday the 25th.
