Can't Be Said Enough ... Check Your Bus!

Driver didn't check after his junior high a.m. run. Goes on to his elementary school run and the junior high kids wakes up. Driver eventually gets the kid to his JHS but the school reported the incident to OPT. Driver is fined over $400. Expensive lesson but nothing compared to what could have happened.

Second time in as many months that something like this happens. In the first incident the driver was even luckier. The parents called the school and told them they didn't want the driver reported, that they love him and don't want him to get in trouble. The also called the driver and APOLOGIZED to him for their child having fallen asleep. Nothing ever came of the incident. Can't ask for a better outcome than that!
