As you slip your Trip Card and Signed Run sheet and new Left/Right sheet (even if it didn't change) TAKE PICTURES/VIDEOS OF EVERYTHING YOU SLIDE UNDER THE WINDOW.

Guys told me last year they got reamed for not turning in L/R sheets, for instance, when they damn well did!

I was told to write "Dry Run" with the date and sign both a.m. and p.m. sheets.

Ok meanwhile I was told just the timecard and L/R sheet because the route sheets can't be documented until we actually do the route in order to put down active stops and # of students at each stop.

Just handed in my l/r sheet and time card. As of now they want that ALONG with a documented route sheet...it's officially on the computer screen as of a few minutes ago.....so I had them print out my route sheet and I just did it there and signed it

Well I have a problem with the wording "Run Documentation." This was a dry run ... no kids ... so how can you possibly "Document" the run as far as number of kids or active stops or times? It should just say "Signed and dated Run Sheet."

I handed in my L/R and signed & dated my route sheet and handed that in also. Spoke with a senior dispatcher and that dispatcher informed me to NOT worry about changing the number of students for each Stop yet because obviously we don't know yet but to change the times for each Stop according to what I think they will be.

I'm sure that senior dispatcher knows damn well the times will never be changed no matter how many time we submit changes.

I didn't touch the times or how many kids at each stop for obvious reasons, I just put down check marks down by effective date for all the stops signed it and handed it in
