Contrary to what I was originally told ... or I misunderstood ... but this was probably a preemptive measure in case the school escalated it to them. (But OPT was definitely part of the conversation when I was told about this.)

For all of you who are lambasting a coworker and union brother based on the allegation of some nut at some school, this is a picture of the driver in question with the very shorts he wore that day.

Now I ask you ... do you see anything wrong with the length of these shorts? Are they not just like the ones a hundred other drivers wear?

I for one would like to know how the Teacher or whatever she was saw anything if these are the shorts the driver had on ? Did she make a false allegation? The truth is in there somewhere and someone isn't telling it ! They look like regulation shorts to me !
