Scanning I.D. to Log Into Via

I've always been able to scan the back of my DOE I.D. card with the Via phone to log in. Last couple of days it doesn't work. I have to put my number in manually. Anybody else have this happen? Trying to determine if it's just my phone or a system glitch.

I put it in manually twice then it remembers it once you type the letter P and the rest pops up

That used to happen with me ! It worked for a whole year then it stopped . I just put it in manually every morning....
