the pick the contract

how are we expected to pick next week,if we dont know the truth about this contract and if it is even voted in...there is so many rumors about holidays and overtime being taken out with new contract..if we pick a run working presidents week we will be paid i guess but if we dont work its unemployment..there is just too much changing and i feel it is only fair to pick once we know exactly what we will and will not be getting...
