Does anybody know why we are not going to get paid for that?  Even if we worked?  If the delegate said yes, why wouldn't we?  Instead of getting mad at each other, why aren't we mad at the proper entity?

They will be handing out various descriptions of opt violations and the assigned opt fines that go along with them.

Allow me to be the first on this site to say congratulations and thank you.  Our loss is definitely their gain.  You are a straight shooter and people should not ask for more.  Good luck in your new life chapter and please don't forget that you will always be a Pioneer friend.

I honestly believe that our shop steward should address this issue.  He is supposed to act on issues in the best interest of his membership.  This is a union matter in reference to having clean and servicable rest room facilities for all his members.   These toilets have been broken forever.  No joke.

In contract negotiations, both parties should feel the outcome  is a win-win situation. Do not present it unless you feel that way.  That is the reason he should not have presented this.   

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion based upon personal needs.  Based upon a review I only see the 1% raises and raises for the new guys.  No sick days, it's taken out of our accrual, no pension increase, nothing pertaining to what we previously lost.  I'm voting no.

In my opinion you ARE attacking Buzz (who everybody knows....no need to post name).  I do not need anybody to speak for me and i'm sure you do not speak for the majority.  This is a very informative site, and not a site (once again in my opinion) to personally bash Buzz.  You seem like an angry person just hoping for a response that will generate contoversy .   Without this site that Buzz runs we would truly be in the dark.  Please have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New year, and enjoy your break.  :thumb-up

I feel he/she is looking to make trouble.  Not being reasonable, asking for info just for kicks, receipts for parking, cmon, just acting like a rookie troll.  We all have different opinions, and I feel that Buzz has more rights than others pertaining to his running of this site.  Have some maturity and maybe express your opinions in a less offensive manner.  Or just leave.   We have seen posters like you come and go.  You add nothing.
