To everyone who actually takes the time to post on this site and any other site that has to deal with the struggles we are all facing right now.

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND TRY TO RELAX !!!!

We all hopefully come on here with good intentions and to try and keep each other informed on what is happening pertaining to us hopefully going back to work. These are for sure very trying and uncertain times for most if not all of us. My advice to all of us who actively participate in the banter that goes back and forth on here is NO TO TAKE IT TO HEART.

I know it sometimes appears as though someone may be attacking someone else but I do not think it is being done maliciously I think it is more out of the fear of the unknown. We unfortunately have not been given much information and it would appear the reason for that is simply because there is none being given out by the powers that be.

I can not speak for anyone else but I try to take the time to read what everyone posts including the links that are provided. If I have questions I ask and hopefully I don't offend anyone but BUZZ LOL. JUST KIDDING

Has anyone been told they have to work ?
If you click that link it says they are moving ahead with their return to school date of September 9th, 2020. And that they will be receiving transportation.
We don't even have our routes yet. This is nuts !!!!

Just read an article where Dumblasio states he is going to certify thousands of new teachers before the start of the school year. IN THE MIDST OF A FINANCIAL CRISIS ??

In the same article it states that Carranza has filed a waiver with the state just in case they need to delay the start of the school year. Are these two idiots even on the same page.

Meanwhile now the UFT is calling on all teachers not to attend in person meetings at their schools. They do not want them going in to set up their classrooms. They are asking them to only attend meetings virtually.

The Principals union is fighting back stating they will not have enough staff to execute the new learning model that Dumblasio has put out there.

AND SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THIS ARE " THE SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS AND MATRONS"
ARE WE EXPECTED TO BE READY AT A MOMENTS NOTICE ??

SORRY BUT I AM FINDING IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE ANY CONFIDENCE IN A SEPTEMBER 10TH START DATE WITH ALL THIS BULLSHIT GOING ON. 

Unfortunately it appears that since no vote was cast last night to pay the contractors going forward we must all claim UI benefits this coming Sunday. This unfortunate situation appears to be turning into a nightmare for many. I just want to express my concerns for all my brothers and sisters and I hope that you are fairing well. Please take care of yourselves and your families and remember TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG. I look forward to seeing you all when this is over and behind us. Bye for now
