They always leave out the part of the STATE VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC LAW that says you can't make the turn, "while transporting pupils for any purpose."





Ergo ... if you're NOT "transporting pupils for  any purpose" ... draw your own inference.

But of course, we answer to a higher authority.

I stop and turn.
Technically, a school bus is not a "school" bus unless there are children aboard.

Me too ... but this is contrary to Pioneer/OPT "law." I would say 95% of drivers don't know this including former cops.

I still don't make the turn kids or not ! That's me personally !

Okay ... but I've never seen pre-trip instructions where you have to try to start the bus in every gear to show that it only starts in neutral.
