If there was an election today or whenever the next election is from everything that I have read on this site over the last couple of years I hope there are other candidates besides Michael and Thomas because at this point I don't think either one would be able to help us & this Local in any significant way.

Michael Cordiello will Not run in another election. He would retire first rather than get defeated in a new election!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vinny Butaro and Robin will run against Salerno, that is my opinion!!!!

  the only person i know of  that can be anything like Sal is Ernie  other then him we need to prayer of another trump to come to our rescue...  as of right now we on a downward spiral  and if anyone cant see this better have their lisence revoke for blindness....

Again not having first hand knowledge I deferred to Ernie. He did not have a recollection (may not have been in the room at the time) of what you cited. He reached out to a delegate who told him that Michael, reading from the EPP agreement, DID say what you said he did. This is what these companies were supposed to do.

As far as pay ... most companies are paying their 1181 rate of pay. In the case of Reliant, people who left 1181 to go to work for them for $15 an hour did so knowing that. For the time being they are making their 1181 rate due to the grant from the city. Once that runs out, they will again be making Reliant's rate.

Regarding the pensions: Not all companies are paying their employee's pensions and 1181 has a court case pending in regard to that. They are hoping for a [favorable] ruling soon.
