Weren't we all fingerprinted before we were certified? I distinctly remember it being done at OPT and waiting for a return of 5-County, state and federal results. The DOE doesn't have those records?

Looks like we're going to be fingerprinted again,all current and new drivers according to the article.We had a 13 county background check.Maybe they'll start hiring credible drivers and pay them accordingly
