Both. Maybe state the question a different way.
I am patient with stupidity, but not with those who are proud of it.

Are the signatures of these 5 owners all on the same contract (the SAME piece of paper) or does each owner sign a SEPARATE piece of paper (contract)?  The latter meaning that each one has a separate contract with the Union even though the content of each one of those contracts is exactly the same.

Not positive, but I believe they each sign their own contract, which is the same as the others.

Why? And do you stay awake nights thinking up these questions?  ;D

Come on Buzz. Stop playing coy. Why? Because I'm a firm believer the if we are ONE Local that all the MEMBERS should be under ONE CONTRACT! Like it is with any other Union Local in any trade. Like it was for Local 1181 for decades from its origination up until the last strike. And I already explained why earlier. This is a simple concept and is the basis of being in a Union!

Buzz

You're arguing semantics. "One" contract means the "same" contract, not the same piece of paper. You're being silly now.

Ur the one being silly. It's plain & simple. It's Black & White. One contract for all properties in our Local as opposed to each property in our Local having a separate contract.
PRE-STRIKE CONTRACT vs. POST-STRIKE CONTRACT(S)

OK ... when Ernie comes Thursday, pose the same question to him. But please wait until I'm around ... LOL.
