The Verizon worker who broke the windshield of a bus out of IS 34 by throwing a rubber cone at it has been arrested. (Having to reset cones that were knocked over all day might have provoked him.) The school's principal praised the driver for his handling of the situation.

Actually, I heard Verizon is firing the guy.
