If the teachers stick together and stay out, schools would have to be closed.
No teachers=no students. 14 other states(and counting) closed all schools statewide. NC just added.

Teachers get most anything they want. But of course, the mayor is "worried" about how the under privileged will get their nutrition.

Why not do what they do in the summer and open schools just for meals? As for the babysitting, parents will have to do whatever they do during the summer for child care.
