How to Answer the UI Questions

So I just opened a new claim and a while back Buzz posted asking/how to answer these two questions when opening a new claim in part 1

1. "Did you lose all of your employment in the last 18 months due to lack of work?

2) did you earn more than 5,040 gross pay?

Now I just got my letter in the mail stating my weekly rate is 504. By getting that rate I answered NO! To the first question because we didn't lose ALL of our employment due to lack of work, and the second question YES! to making more than 5,040 gross. Later on in your claim when it says did you lose it from lack of work you say YES! like you do every time you claim but given that I answered NO and YES to those two questions in part 1 and got the full rate of 504 shows that's how you answer those two questions.
