Welfare Fund in Good Shape

You probably got a copy of the "Summary Annual Report."  Being we're in such good shape, why don't they use some of that money to restore our health coverage to the PPO plan it used to be instead of the POS (and that's exactly what it is) plan we have now? PPO was a much better plan and for some reason, members who live in Jersey still have the PPO plan.
