Also, it is not yet known if last week's pay will be available this week or next week.

For guys who get accrual checks, he has to pro-rate it at the end of the year, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, 2012.  Also, if the union is going to lose 2,000 members than we don't need that many people on the Executive Board.

They've gone to the NLRB and will in turn go to court. Also, Ernie and Andy are filing their own NRLB complaint on behalf of Pioneer employees. We all want quick fixes but he wheels of justice turn slowly.

I believe the union is doing all it can. Who would have thought it woukd come down to this. This is beyond saving money...and CBA....its take it and shove it down our throats. The wheels of justice do turn slowly. My friend from a different garage thats union told me "I will have work at the same union rate whether his company loses there current contract or another bid lower under the new named company takes place. We already have the new stickers to put on the buses, question is which bid gets accepted. You drivers are getting shafted. We were told we werent getting raises but we wouldnt get pay cuts(mechanics)." Sounds a lot like these contractors are all on the same page. Disgusted and miserable they are. Not an attack on mechanics but they get accrual checks and no cuts ans drivers get shit. I have to ask rhetorically what the F is going on .... ?
