The teacher that was fired over sensitive remarks about students posted on Facebook has won an appellate ruling 5-0. Christine Rubino will be reinstated june 10 and can now sue the city for back pay. Another wasted lawyer venture by the city and Bloomy.

Sorry Buzz...that hasnt been put in the press yet. I recieved this informarion via text from her friend. It will be interesting to see if the media follows up on this. I just checked all the major wires still so far nothing.
