Effective immediately! As per OPT wearing shorts is only permitted from May 15 through the end of summer school. NO SHORTS IN SEPTEMBER UP TO MAY 15 OF 2027.

Understand that this just didn't come out of the blue. Apparently a school complained to OPT about a driver wearing shorts that were not of the knee-length they were supposed to be and partially revealing certain parts of the anatomy, according to the school's allegation. In addition to revising the rules for all, (at least for now), the driver is banned from the school.

That's ridiculous. If a driver gets a speeding violation do all drivers suffer ? No, they should have told him he is banned from wearing shorts for the time being and in the future if he were to wear shorts they have to be approved by the company BUT as they say all it takes is one asshole to ruin it for all.

Just to be clear, even come May 15 2027, these types of shorts will NOT be permitted under any circumstances!!!

Everyone should get the facts before they get on here and talk about another Union Brotheror Sister. The person that you are talking about was literally wearing shorts that were down to his knees. And even if he wasn't wearing the correct shorts, which like I said he was it's disgusting how fellow members talk about another member. Maybe each of you should go out and find a job that is non-Union.

For all of you who are lambasting a coworker and union brother based on the allegation of some nut at some school, this is a picture of the driver in question with the very shorts he wore that day.

Now I ask you ... do you see anything wrong with the length of these shorts? Are they not just like the ones a hundred other drivers wear?

Let's be honest . IF the alleged incident took
Place or not THAT is on the driver who was involved . IF you are going to punish everyone for someone else then maybe we should stop worrying about driver shortages . No one that is responsible should n a daily basis wants to pay for people that if this is true did aren't .

      Lastly . IF this is how OPT applies enforcement before conducting a full investigation ( let's be honest they didn't fully review this and gave all the facts already changes are still coming down for runs which is their primary Responsibility). Then if a teacher is late back from a field trip can we punish the whole school and the rest of the teachers for one teacher
