PROUD MEMBER

No idea what you're talking about. We just voted 12 hrs ago. It's obvious to all by the numbers and to Neal (unless he's an idiot) that if need be we will walk. We needed the authorization now we have it. The next step is to exhaust all means possible such as negotiating with a mediator/arbitrator present.

Instead they tell us lets vote again and see how many people will vote strike at Pioneer. Well now they know lets go and stop the bullshit.

I don't get the "vote again" part. When did we vote before yesterday?

Regardless, a strike vote does not mean that you automatically go on strike. It's an authorization for the union to call a strike should it become necessary. A strike has serious consequences ... not only to the company, but to the members as well. The union is not going to go off half-cocked and tell us to walk before trying to use the vote as a means to elicit good-faith bargaining on the part of the company.
